Star Utsav Channel may become scrambled from 16 August 2015 on DD Free dish / DD direct plus.
Star utsav is going to become pay channel from 16 August 2015 onwards, so DD free dish may have to remove it as it wont be a Free to Air channel and Star Utsav may not be available on dd free dish / dd direct plus.
IT will be big loss for Star Utsav lovers if this channel leaves from DD free dish
